| I followed all the required steps to have the catalogwebservice and
marketingwebservice. when i browse the site on the IIS 6.0 it works fine but
when I have a site that is added and connected the Catalog URL and the
Campaign URL and clik on OK it gives me an error that say marketing
localhost is currently unavailable . The web service might be experienceing
technical difficulties or you may need to adjust connection strings....
Please advise...
what connection strings is it refering to the one in the commerce server and
what technical difficulties do u think i need to fix.
Thanks,
Fadi Meqbel

| Are there any events in either the client or server event log?
What does the IIS6 web log show?

| The Application Pool Account your web service is running under does not have
permissions to the Windows\Microsoft.Net\<.Net Version Number>\Temp
directory. Typically give permissions to the IIS_WPG group (members are
IWAM_computername, ASPNET.. etc)
