Hi,

The Commerce Server SaveAsOrder method take approximately 15-20 seconds to
save order to database.

I know the this method use DTC to save the order and DTC working fine on the
both server (W2003 and SQL Server)

Is there another way to save order to database ?

We're using C2002, ASP.NET and W2003 environment.

Thanks

Gurkan

There's not another way to save the order to the database (at least as far
as I'm aware.)

What is going on during that time? network traffic, processor activity on
the web server, on the database, etc? Do you have another environment (even
a single box) that you can test on? Maybe it's a timeout issue on a DNS,
WINS, etc. server... It would be good to do a network trace.
