Repair option failure

| My Business Desk application is not running. It gives me a
error saying "Please run commerce server repair option to
fix this problem", something similar to this.
I tried to run the repair option by clicking on the change
button from the control panel add/remove programs but it
doesnt seem to work. It gives me a error
"Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Warning: A failure occured
in CA_UpgradeCondition() on
c:\thorium\private\setup\ca_dll\admin.cpp:37. The error
code is -2147467262, and the description is: No such
interface supported"
I am now not even able to uninstall the software.
