Publish profile fails -- MSIB 2.1

I am trying to use the MSIB 2.1 to integrate CS 2002 and CMS 2002.
From Business Desk after creating site terms and creating profile for MSIB21 solution site, when I try to publish this profile by clicking publish on the business desk I get the following error.

"The refresh page on the site could not be accessed. The returned error is: 401 Unauthorized"

IISreset, restart of the machine does'nt work.

How do we solve this issue.
