| What I had to do is set a password on IWAM_<MACHINE> user
and set it in IIS Out-of-Process Pooled Applications
object's Identity tab. This allowed the bizdesk app to
install, but did not give permission to run it. I'm going
to change that identity to the local admin and see what
happens.
