Commerce Server General - "Analysis and Data Warehouse" Missing

Hi there.

I'm attempting to develop a CS2k solution on my Windows XP laptop. I'm
installing using SetupDevEdition.exe from the Commerce Server SP2 zipfile.

However, when I install, I'm not given an option to install the
"Analysis and Data Warehouse" package. (There's a screenshot at
http://flaming.arsecandle.org/~rod/...sp2_install.PNG)

Can somebody explain to me how I'd go about installing it?
