Commerce Server is not installed on <server_name>

| Hi Group
I'm trying to unpup a Commerce Application, but in the "Select IIS Computers, Web Sites and Paths" step I get the message: "Commerce Server is not installed on <server_name>. If you want to use this computer, you must install Commerce Server on it before
continuing."
I have two servers, first one with SQL and the second with Commerce Server (this one is web server too), I found a reference about the message (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=814862), I read it and everything is OK but unpup.exe still shows me that mess
age.
Could it be related to the Default Web Site?, The Default Web Site was deleted from the web server.
Any help would be very appreciated.
Regards.
Jorge

| Hi Jorge,
I am not 100% why you are getting this error. I assume that you have CS
installed on the web server where you are unpacking the site to.
I have seen this problem before when the CS web server has been locked down
as part of its build process and hence its a permission problem. This will
mean that the application cannot read the registry to determine if CS is
installed.
Hope this helps,
Michael
