Target expressions on profiles other than user object profile

Hi All,

Is it possible to add profiles in the business desk other
than "User Object" profile for defining target
expressions. We have additional data coming from SAP
related to the user that is maintained in separate
profiles and on which we would like to target discounts
and advertisements. Any help will be much appreciated.
