I am using the retail solutions site with classic ASP, windows 2000
server...

I recently was editing some permissions at the IIS level... now the Biz Desk
navigation links have turned a yellowish color and none of them are
functional. I did not edit any scripts and the biz desk was in full working
order.

Anybody know what the deal is?

Apparently basic authentication must be checked on the widgets node in IIS.
Works fine now.
