Hello,

Recently, I am having a problem unpupping sites in
Commerce Server
Manager.
The error shown is "Commerce Site Packager was unable to
access
IIS..."

In previous posts about this subject, one mentioned
something about
changes in user rights for the IUSR_<machine> and
IWAM_<machine>
accounts and indeed has this been the case for this
situation.

After changing the rights for these accounts, this problem
occurs.

Is there are way to restore without re-installing commerce
server ?

You will need to resetup iis and then syncronize the web site values with
the Application you are running in the Commerce Server MMC.
