Anyone know where to find Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition SDK file 'iolysdk.exe'?

Hi,

An old web app which is based around Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition
has been dumped on my desk, and I'm trying to get hold of some
developer resources for this *old* tool.

Trouble is, Microsoft seem to have closed down vast portions of their
site which relate to this product. Therefore, I was wondering if
anyone can point me in the general direction of where to get an SDK /
API reference for this product?

I *believe* the file I am looking for is called 'iolysdk.exe', but a
quick search turns up few results on the web.

Does anyone have a copy and would be willing to get in touch to e-mail
it to me?
