Author Catalog Error

I am getting the following error more frequently so I would appreciate
any help in tracking it down. This happens sometimes when a user is
browsing through the products. The exception message is:
"Microsoft.CommerceServer.Runtime.Catalog.CatalogException:
Category::Search() failed --->
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040E14):
Source:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL ServerDescription:Database
'MSCS_CatalogSratch' is already open and can only have one user at a
time."

Any ideas?

-Thanks,
Rich

From the error message it seems that the single user database option is
turned on for the MSCS_Catalogscratch database.
You can change it using Sql Enter prise manager. Select the
MSCS_Catalogscratch database, right click Properties, Click Options tab and
uncheck the Restrict Access check box.

Can you also check if the catalog database is also not in the single user
mode.
