| I am getting the following error more frequently so I would appreciate
any help in tracking it down. This happens sometimes when a user is
browsing through the products. The exception message is:
"Microsoft.CommerceServer.Runtime.Catalog.CatalogException:
Category::Search() failed --->
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040E14):
Source:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL ServerDescription:Database
'MSCS_CatalogSratch' is already open and can only have one user at a
time."
Any ideas?
-Thanks,
Rich

| From the error message it seems that the single user database option is
turned on for the MSCS_Catalogscratch database.
You can change it using Sql Enter prise manager. Select the
MSCS_Catalogscratch database, right click Properties, Click Options tab and
uncheck the Restrict Access check box.
Thanks

| Can you also check if the catalog database is also not in the single user
mode.
