I get this error when trying to open bizdesk

Error in Commerce Administration Object : Description -
'SiteConfigReadOnly:Initialize : Cannot generate SSPI context'

whats that mean?

It means it is trying to connect to the database with Windows
authentication, but can't. There could be a variety of reasons for that, --
I would start by looking in the CS MMC - right-click on Commerce Server
Manager | Properties ... and verify that your connection string is correct.
