I installed FP1 on a Windows Server 2003 OS with SP2 sites already existing.

When I look for the CatalogManager.msi, it is not anywhere in the FP1 folder
or the Commerce Server folder.

When I ran the install I did not enable install for Discount or Staging. I
would think they are not needed to get the MSI for CatlogManager.

Any ideas of what went wrong?

The CatalogManager.msi file will be located in the temp directory where you
unziped the file you downloaded. It is the same directory where
FP1Setup.exe is located.
