| Hello All,
I have a problem with CS 2000 profile address. The solution site is
customized to bring in the billing address first and then the shipping
address. The problem arises only in a specific scenario. If a user enters
the billing address fields, leaves the "Billing & Shipping Address same"
check box checked, and goes through to the summary page...both address are
displayed the same - which is correct. Now if the user clicks view cart
again, and does a check out...comes to the Billing address page, unchecks
the "Billing & Shipping Address same" check box, enters a different Shipping
address and submits the page, somehow the new shipping address overrides the
billing address...and the checkout page displays the billing and shipping
address as the same (the new shipping address).
On the other hand if the user comes to the billing address page first time,
the address fields, unchecks the "Billing Address Same" check box, enters a
new shipping address, and goes to summary page, everything seems to be
displayed in order...both billing and shipping address are different! The
problem seems to appear only if the user checks the "Billing and Shiiping
Same" check box first, goes through to the summary and then comes back and
changes the address by unchecking it...!
Any ideas or suggestions would be of great help.
