Hi, how would this be accomplished.
I want to pull a property definition from CS, to dynamically populate
text on label that will dynamically adjust for the current culture
language.

What version of Commerce Server are you using? This functionality that you
are trying to accomplish is done by bizdesk too. Have you tried that?
