Hello,

I am attempting to install the MSIB 2.5 on a Single Server. I am following
the MSIB 2.5 Single Server Install document. All the installations are
complete. When I try to do the import of the MSIB21.SDO file, I am getting an
error:

I get the same error each time with the name of the dll varying. I have also
added permissions to the CMS and CS admin account on the Windows .Net under
C:\Windows directory.

Where am I going wrong? Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

Try this:
- Give permissions for "everyone" on the .NET temporary folder
<DRIVE>:\<Windows Dir>\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET
Files(this can be tightened later if the issue is resolved)
- Restart IIS (IISReset)
- Delete all the files and folders under the .Net temporary directory (Make
sure all of it is deleted. Keep resetting IIS till all files are unlocked
and deleted).
- Try again the import

If the above still doesn't work, check that the antivirus on the machine is
disabled. We had one issue where the import was generating a temp file, but
the AV was preventing the temp file from being written or locking it as
it's written to scan it and that generated a failure.
