I have next deployment scenario I will instal CS2002 FP1 in DMZ and SQL
server2000(I wonder where to place him in DMZ or in LAN) butt the main
thing is could someone outside the firewall means someone on the Internet
could install Bussines Desk client and doing all the things like vieving
the orders,users etc

Yes, in my experience what you describe is a typical configuration with the
web servers behind a firewall and remote bizdesk clients. The communication
is all via HTTP and should be OK as long as your firewall is configured to
allow the HTTP traffic.
