Licensing question: Standard Edition

| Hi,
Can someone clarify a licensing question for me? We have a dual-cpu
server on which we plan running Commerce Server and SQL Server.
We only need to use the standard edition of Commerce Server. We had
planned on having SQL Server locked to one of the cpu's.
Is it possible to lock the standard edition of CS to the other cpu
only and, if so, can we just buy a single CS license?
Any help you can offer would be great.
Cheers

| Commerce does not have a way to bind to a single processor. You will
either need to purchase a 2 processor license, or pull one of the
processors out
