Feature Pack 1 + Pre-existing Bizdesk Customizations?

| We've inherited a CS2k2 application and want to install the feature
pack.
There are customizations in business desk. One such customization is
that a new menu item (and subitems) has been created so that we
administer a partnership program from within business desk.
Will these customizations have to be rewritten when we install the
feature pack?

| The feature pack does not contain major modifications to Business desk
other than removing some of the catalog editor menus
