Upgrading to FP1 on production servers.

We have two appliction servers in production, they are load balanced, we
have one clustered sql server, our catalogs are on the SQL, and the LB App
Servers have the Commerce Server. Any suggestions on how to proceed on an
upgrade with the least amount of impact on our users.

BTW we have upgraded several development servers and are now familiar with
the process, although the next time one of our upgrades goes the same will
be the first time.
