Windows 2003 Web Edition with Commerce Server 2002

I would like know if it´s possible install Commerce Server 2002 with Windows
2003 Web Edition.

I read this file but I didn´t find this consideration about W2k3 Web
Edition. Another question is about license. My server have 2 phisical
processors, but in Task Manager appear 4 processors. In the Commerce Server
2002, also appear 4 processors.
Which would be the correct licensing?

Hi Fabio,
You can install Commerce Server 2002 in Windows 2003 Web Edition,
Standar Edition or Enterprise Edition. Looking this link of software
requeriments:

with respect to number of licenses I am not sure but I imagine that you
would need two.
