Error with Pipeline Scriptor

| I am attempting to modify the checkout pipeline for a production site. I
cannot open any of the scriptor components in the pipeline editor as I keep
getting the following message,
"Unable to create property pages for this component. Verify that the
component has been installed properly. Please refer to the troubleshooting
section in the documentation for further assistance."
This is in Commerce Server 2000 on a Windows 2000 machine. Thanks in
advance for any help.

| Did you try re-registering the scriptor pipeline component? You can get the steps from the CS2K documentation on how to register a pipeline component.

| Thanks for the help. I did try this and it worked. I do not know how the
scriptor dll became unregistered but this did the trick. Thanks!
