Getting error in getprofilebykey

I am trying to get resolution profile, but it is giving error "One or more
errors occurred during processing of command. "
If any one knows solution of this, please let me know.

| Try running the trace tool installed with commerce server (CSDWDBGSrv.exe)
to get more information about what is failing. From that message, I can't
tell what the problem is.
