Bobby,
Here are couple of things you can do :
1) Check for null before line 74.
If not IsNull(orderform.items.[shopper_type]) Then
'Do your code here
End if

2) Quick and dirty fix is Put On Error Resume Next (!!!!)

Still if you have this issue, post few lines before and after Line 74
in the i_Util.asp
