Commerce server 2006 TAP
|
|
|
| Has anybody heard anything about the Technology Adaption Program for CS2006?
I applied to the program last february and at that point the selection for
the companies that get in to the TAP was planned to be finnished on February
28th. I didn't hear anything since then and I get no replies to my emails
when I contact Microsoft on this matter.

| Same situation here. I suspect they are reviewing all the applications and
will notify companies when the first TAP downloads are available.

| check out this block entry from Ryan Donovan: CS2006 Technical Preview is
done...
http://blogs.msdn.com/rdonovan/arch.../11/416473.aspx
it says: .... Follow-ups/kick-offs with TAP customers that have filled out
the requisite nomination paperwork will be starting throughout the remainder
of this week....
so Jeff, I hope we'll be hearing something today or tomorrow!

| It's been a week and still no word. I've also sent several emails asking for
status with no reply. I'd really appreciate a reply even if we didn't make
the TAP.

| Still no word here eighter. I've been "bombing" with email as well but get no
answer (positive or negative). There's some companies who have been elected
though (I just googled around):
http://www.terrace.com/news.htm
... it's really frustrating since I'm customizing FP1 catalog manager at the
moment and propably it's going to change in the new realease. I'm in the
middle of development of CS2K2 FP1 site and it would be relatively easy to
change to new version at this point even though it is technology preview.
Later it means more costs again and the further I go with development, the
more changes there will be ..
