Pipeline logging does not work

| Hello
I have set up a Starter Site on Commerce Server 2002 with FP1 on
Windows Server 2003. I have a problem with pipeline logging.
In the web.config for the Starter Site I set "loggingEnabled"
attributes for all pipeline components to true. Also I gave account
which represents Anonymous user identity (under which w3wp runs) "Full
Control" permissions for the log directories specified in the "path"
attribute.
Yet, pipeline logging does not work. Can there be any reasons I have
missed out that prevent pipeline logging from working?
Thank you,
Stanislav
