Fp1 install problems

| I installed FP1 and I have 2 problems.
First it the stack trace below - connecting to any page in the Commerce
server application.
Second is, I cannot fire up the Commerce Server Manager, I get an MMC
error saying "Snap-in failed to initialize. Name:Commerce Server
Manager CLSID: {1503A82B-6945-11D2-AFF4-00C04F8679E4}"
This is Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition / SP1
I have tried uninstalling and the uninstall proceeds w/o problem (and
the Commerce Server Manager is fine again)
I have tried installing fresh on a clean box. I cannot get past either
error.
I did have some errors migrating the discounts : they were b/c I had
Expressions with the 'Clause' of type 'is-false' but the migration
completed when I added the "Accept Non-fatal Errors" argument.

| Also, I just found the following in my Event Log :
The evaluation period for Commerce Server 2002 has ended. Contact
Microsoft to obtain a licensed version of Commerce Server 2002.
I found a link to this same issue here
http://www.kbalertz.com/kb_884198.aspx and followed the instructions
though I don't recall ever installing a eval version of CS2k2. In any
case it didn't work, the CS2002FP1Patch.log says the uninstall ends
with the following :
MSI (s) (F4:7C) [11:27:51:392]: Product: Microsoft Commerce Server 2002
- Update '{9401782C-7BB4-452F-BB43-9CAF6B7153CE}' could not be
installed. Error code 1603. Additional information is available in the
log file D:\Program Files\Microsoft Commerce Server
