But I cannot find any "Template" functionality in MCS
documentation. Where can I find it and how to use it?

If you're using Commerce Server 2002 then OrderTemplate class is available
under Commerce Server 2002 Enterprise Edition > Developer's Guide >
Programmer's Reference > .NET Class Reference >
Microsoft.CommerceServer.Runtime.Orders > OrderTemplate

Under the same hierarchy check the Basket class for the
basket.add(OrderTemplate) metod to load a template into the basket.
