Avenue A/Razorfish has an immediate opening for a Technical Architect
with a focus on Microsoft technologies in our Atlanta office.
Your responsibilities will include:
=B7 Responsible for the design of solution architectures.
=B7 Conducts analysis and defines enterprise and application level
architectures.
=B7 Evaluates and recommends technical solutions that will improve IT
effectiveness on behalf of the client.
=B7 Possesses broad technical knowledge in areas of data,
infrastructure and applications architecture; utilizes this knowledge
as technical leader for client and team.
=B7 Data architecture: develop and deploy a corporate-wide information
model and mapping to individual systems.
=B7 Application integration architecture: design infrastructure for
application integration.
=B7 Lead a development teams in designing, implementing and deploying
high-performance, integrated applications
=B7 Infrastructure: Business process architecture design for automated
business process management.
=B7 Creates system, database, e-business, network, and application
architecture standards.
=B7 Documents the standards and mentors Mid-level and Junior
developers.
Qualifications:
=B7 Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 of the following Microsoft
technologies and products: Commerce Server, BizTalk Server, MS
SharePoint, MS CMS, MS SQL Server, MS OLAP and Analysis Services.
=B7 Solid experience with .NET framework, Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET,
VB.NET and C#.
=B7 Experience with front-end technologies, including DHTML, CSS,
JavaScript and Flash.
=B7 Experience as lead architect/leader designer on more than one
project is required.
=B7 Experience/knowledge with/of information systems,
architecture/design methods, system and software engineering processes,
platforms.
=B7 Experience with content management systems (MS CMS, Interwoven,
Documentum).
=B7 Knowledge of object oriented design, relational databases, and Web
technologies is required.
=B7 Working knowledge of hardware concepts and designs, distributed
platform design, and implementation of complex enterprise systems.
=B7 Knowledge of software development methodologies.
=B7 Experience with Microsoft Portal technologies.
=B7 Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 of the following technologies:
UNIX and Windows Server, Oracle and SQL Server, Java/J2EE, SOAP, XML,
IIS, Apache.
=B7 Data warehouse design and business intelligence technical
leadership a plus.
=B7 Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
=B7 A technical Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 yrs experience.
=B7 Willingness to travel.
