| Hi Jake,
It looks like your Direct Mailer service is misconfigured. Are you using
it? If not, you should go to Admin Tools/Services and set it to Manual or
Disabled. If you are using it, is it working even with these errors?
Thanks,
David Lott

Windows Server 2003 SE, Commerce Server 2002 SP2. I have seen the following
errors in the event logs after the machine is rebooted:
Event ID:515
Source: Commerce Server Direct Mailer
"Cannot access the service configuration information due to the following
error: hr=0x80070005!x! Please fix the problem and restart the service"
Event ID:7023
Source: Service Control Manager
"The Commerce Server Direct Mailer service terminated with the following
error:
General access denied error"
Any ideas?
