Hello,

We have a CS2000 site down. Yesterday, the site would not allow users to
checkout. We keep getting the error below. The page that's executing is
crdtcard.asp, but the offending statement is in the LoadBasket() function in
include/std_ordergrp_lib.asp:

Call mscsOrderGrp.LoadBasket()

No code has changed on the server. The database is in a separate server in a
SQL cluster. Does anyone know what this error means, and what could have
happened. The site was previously working. Thanks!!!

----------------
Commerce.DBStorage error '8004d00a'

InitStorage encountered the following error while trying to access the
database specified by the connection string: New transaction cannot enlist in
the specified transaction coordinator.

/include/std_ordergrp_lib.asp, line 98

Hi Dean,

That error is typicaly encountered in a multi-server scenario when the DTC
Settings (Remote Client, Network DTC) get changed in any way. On Windows 2003
Servers this was associated with application of SP1. Can you re-check the DTC
settings on both the client & DB servers to enure that they are correct ?
