Commerce Server 2007 Documentation Update Installation Problem

I have Commerce Server 2007 Developer Edition installed. When I go to run
the documentation update package from the web
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...B3-0362F94364F2)
it thinks that it is already installed.

If I had to guess this really should be an MSP, not MSI if the package is
going to use the same Product Code. If anyone of the folks from the product
group is reading please fix up the Windows Installer package to allow
upgrades to previously installed versions or release an MSP (which is
probably the correct route to go with this sort of thing).
