Problem installing CS2007 BizTalk Adapters

| I'm trying to install the CS2007 Biztalk Adapters. I get the following error
message when trying to install them:
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as
part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact yout support personnel
or package vendor. Action BTSDeploy, location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft
BizTak Server 2006\BTSDeploy.exe, command: Deploy Assembly="C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Commerce Server 2007\BizTalk
Adapters\Microsoft.CommerceServer.Adpater.GlobalPropertySchemas.dll"
Why am I getting this error message and how do I fix it?

| Make sure you are logged on as a machine administrator when installing the
adapters onto your BizTalk Server 2006 machine. Make sure BizTalk Server
2006 is running before you install the adapters.

Is Biztalk Server 2006 installed on the machine that you are installing the
Commerce Server Adapters on?
