| after installing KB924191 , KB923191 , KB922819 , KB924496 , KB923414
updates the find user or order form business Desk NOT WORK.

I would open a support case to discuss. Hotfixes are always noted as not
being fully regression tested, but the support team will work with you to
try resolve the issues you are experiencing. You may also want to reference
the CS2002 SP4 fix list to see if they are covered in the service pack. If
so you may want to apply the SP4 fixes as those would have been tested much
more thoroughly.

KB924191 has known issues with BizDesk. See
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924191/ and
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926509/ for more info.
As Colin mentions, SP4 includes rollups for these fixes. You can download
it from
