Cat manager window invisible..?!

I've installed and run catalog manager. I've set up the azman
authorities and configured the default catalog web service the first
time it ran, however it now seems to load up, there is a window icon on
the start bar, but the program won't maximise so I can see it.

Well, rather it does, if I press ALT then down, the window menu appears
where you would expect, and you can't click other programs because
there appears to be something in front.

Basically the cat manager main window is invisible.

Any ideas?
