Service Pack 4!!!!

Never mind about what I said about the database upgrade. In reviewing my
notes I see that I had run Service Pack 4 for Commerce Server 2002 on my
local dev machine but since that was done way back I had forgotten that I did
it.

But by doing the update to the stored procedure I still got this to work on
production without running the whole service pack.
