Is there an update for the CS2002 FP1 SDK?

I currently have a copy of the CS 2002 FP1 SDK. In the near future I will
want to customize the catalog manager application using the SDK. I also know
that there have been one or more hotfixes generated for these applications.
I have at least one of them applied (884925). Is there an updated version of
the SDK available which has the hotfixes applied to the source code? If so,
how ow8uld I go about getting a copy of it? If not, how would you recommend
I make the changes I need to and keep the functionality that the hotfix
corrects?
