I'm trying to set up a very simple discount: 20% off a single product.
There are no other conditions associated with this discount, the
customer simply adds the item to their basket and gets 20% off.
Using the Create Discount Wizard in Discount Manager I created a simple
discount, selecting the individual product to which it should apply and
setting the mininum quantity to buy to 1 and the award to 20%.
I've approved the discount but it isn't being applied.
I've tried adding the same product into the Condition box, setting the
minimum quantity to zero and ticking the 'Allow award to apply to the
discount condition items' box.
What I've found is that if I put 2 of the product into the basket I get
the 20% discount on one of them, but if I put 1 in the basket the
discount doesn't apply. I want the discount to apply every time I add
this item to the basket, including the first time.
