Where can i find the troubleshooting guide for Commerce server 2006
containing list of error messages?

Your best bet right now is the online beta docs at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d....asp?frame=true
but I haven't seen a troubleshooting guide.

You should also post issues on the beta newsgroups. The Commerce Server team
monitors these and usually answers very quickly.
