Can we migrate a site from Commerce Server 2002 to Commerce Server 2007? What
will be the implications?

The simple answer is yes, you can upgrade from CS2002 to CS2007 using the
upgrade wizard. The complex answer is that it may not be that simple and it
really depends upon how much you've customized things in CS2002. The on-line
docs give some really good guidance on this and I'm sure there will be more
guidance as the product RTMs.

To add to this a little, many of the namespaces have changed in CS2007 as
well as the fact that you are moving from .NET 1.1 to .NET 2.0.
