Docs on migrating ASP.NET site from CS2002 to CS2006

Hi,

I recall seeing online before (3 weeks ago) some very complete docs on
migrating a CS2002 ASP.NET 1.1 site to a CS2006 ASP.NET 2.0 site.

These docs seem to have dissapeared from the CS2007 RC documentation. I have
been searching for them like mad as we have just such a project ongoing.

I particularly need info on all the API changes that I need to consider when
migrating my site.
