Issue while configuring Commerce Server 07 with Configuration Wiza

| Hi, when I am at the last stage of configuring the commerce server with
configuration wizard. I got an error message as followed
"An error occurred when configuring the feature 'Administration Database'.
The configuration log file may have more details about the error."
and I check the ConfigLog. the error occurred after installing MSCSCfg.dll.
I already gave full access to MSCS_Admin database.
here is the configLog where error occurs

| Hi Sophia,
Are you installing Commerce Server using an account which has administrative
rights to the server on which it is being installed?
