Cannot resolve collation conflict for equal to operation

Hi all!

When looking at the profile definitions in the Commerce Server
Mangager, the above message is displayed in a dialog box.

How do I resolve this error?

I've searched the web and I understand that there is some kind of
mismatch with collations. But I haven't found any useful description.

How do I know which collation to use to resolve it?

And if I change the collation what impact will it have? It is simple to
change the collation, but is it safe?

Any advice, tip or link would be appreciated.
