Howdy,

Does anyone know what percentage of admin functionality the developer
edition has compared to the standard or enterprise edition?

Or is there a page with a feature list comparing editions?

Thanks,

Billiam

I believe the CS2007 Developer Edition is the same as the Enterprise Edition
except for the NOT FOR PRODUCTION licensing. This allows developers to work
with all the features during development.

Hi Jeff,

One thing I was looking for is the inventory component. But I just found
the property "enableInventorySystem" in the catalog web.config. And now I
can play with the Inventory Catalog view.

I briefly looked at the startup site but could not find an admin site. So
I'm wondering where the admin interface is for the common stuff like payment
terms, shipping methods, taxes, site display options (and stuff like that) is
located. We'd like to preview this also. Could I be missing something?

Thanks,

Billiam

Admin functionality is in the new Business User Applications such as the
Catalog Manager and Customer and Orders Manager apps. You should follow the
"post installation instructions" EXACTLY as shown in the CS2007 install docs
to enable the new business user applications.
