I am getting this error when calling function Basket.SaveAsOrder()

I have checked DTC Ok via DTCPing tool. There is no firewall running. Set up is Windows 2003 Standard SP#, CS2002 SP3, SQL2000 SP3, ASP.Net1.1 all running on virtual servers.

I have checked the solutions in the other post on this error, but none fix/apply to the problem.

Any help greatly appreciated......
