Nullable Type Support for Order Mapping

As a follow up to a previous post I wanted to also add into the fray for the
product group reading that it would be nice to see nullable type and generic
support for order mapping. Many of the modern object persistence frameworks
are adopting .NET Framework 2.0 support for these items. If this is
something that could in introduced in a feature pack I'm sure we'd all
appreciate it!
