| Did you install the .NET 2.0 Framework SDK on the machine?
It seems that the runtime version of the framework does not have ADODB PIAs
(the PIAs are in the %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft.NET\Primary Interop Assemblies
directory) for 64-bit and the only way to get them is to install the SDK
version (download here
