Commerce Server Licensing Question

We are preparing to deploy Commerce Server 2007 to our SharePoint 2007 web
portal and are unsure of how many Commerce Server 2007 Enterprise Edition
licenses we will need. Do we need to get a CPU license for every Web Server
in addition to the actual dedicated backend Commerce Server? Any help is
greatly appreciated! Thanks.
