CS2007 - bug in Catalog and Inventory Schema Manager

| When I run the Catalog and Inventory Schema Manager business management
application and choose the "Edit property Metadata" menu option, an error
occurs and the application shuts down immediately. Three errors are loggen in
the Application event log (twice the error immediately following and once the
one after that):
ERROR1:
Source: Commerce Server Business UI
Description: System.OutOfMemoryException: Error creating window handle. --->
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an
object.......
ERROR2:
Source: .NET Runtime 2.0 Error Reporting
Description: EventType clr20r3, P1 catalogandinventoryschemamanager, P2
6.0.1.0, P3 4490cfcc, P4 system.windows.forms, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 4333aefa, P7
16b3, P8 134, P9 system.outofmemoryexception, P10 NIL.
The commerce server is deployed on Windows 2003 server.
I read an msdn forum thread about this problem
(http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/Sh...141608&SiteID=1). An
available fix is mentioned in a post in that thread. Unfortunately there is
no KB article about this and when I contacted Microsoft PSS, they were not
able to provide me with the fix.
Did anyone experience the same problem? Did you find a solution?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

| I've used the Catalog and Inventory Schema Manager extensively and never had
those errors.
You are using W2K3 SP1 with all the fixes suggested in the installation
document of CS2007?
